Directions:
In a large bowl beat the eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder together.
Add mushrooms and any remaining ingredients. Mix together.
Heat a 9 inch sauté pan. Add about 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and make sure that bottom of the pan is nicely coated.
Add egg mixture and cook for about 1 minute.
Place pan into a 400 degree preheated oven (make sure your pan is oven safe) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
